Newfoundland Organic Blue Mussels Thai-Chili Recipe:

Prep: Preheat pan, dice onions, and coriander stalks.

Ingredients: Newfoundland Organic Blue Mussels, coconut milk, diced red onions, grape seed oil, chopped coriander stalk, lemons, lime, and Thai-chili sauce.

Cooking Directions: Add grape seed oil,  diced red onion, chopped coriander stalks to a hot pan stirring as desired. Then add Thai-chili sauce, stirring occasionally, and finally add organic Newfoundland Blue Mussels to the pan. Allow to steam for several minutes while adding coconut milk.

Cook Time: 2-4 mins.

Newfoundland Organic Blue Mussels Curried-Butter Recipe:

Prep: Preheat pan, chop peppers, slice lime, and chop garlic.

Ingredients: Newfoundland Organic Blue Mussels, white wine, clarified butter, currie butter, cumin, chopped garlic, red peppers, and sliced lime.

Cooking Directions: Add organic Newfoundland Blue Mussels and white wine to hot pan and steam for several minutes. While the mussels are cooking, add to the clarified butter, curried butter and cumin, chopped garlic and then whisk until ingredients are mixed. Add mixture to steamed mussels in the pan along with a cup of chopped red peppers and sliced lime. Then let steam for a further two minutes.

  Newfoundland Organic Blue Mussels-Marinara Recipe:

Prep: Preheat pan, chop peppers, slice the lime, and chop garlic.

Ingredients: Newfoundland Organic Blue Mussels, red wine, chopped garlic, oregano, marinara sauce,  chopped grape tomatoes, two bay leaves, and fresh basil.

Cooking Directions: Add organic Newfoundland Blue Mussels to your heated pan along with 1 cup of red wine, chopped garlic, oregano, marinara sauce, and chopped grape tomatoes, 2 bay leaves, and fresh basil. Saute then cover and let steam for 3 minutes.

Newfoundland Organic Blue Mussels Garlic-Cream Sauce With Beer Recipe:

Prep: Preheat pan, chop red onion, slice the lime, and chop garlic.

Ingredients: Newfoundland Organic Blue Mussels, chopped red onion, chopped garlic, a cup of beer, chopped parsley, fresh cream, and a squeeze of lemon juice.

Cooking Directions: Add butter to the heated pan along with chopped red onion and sauté for 2 minutes. Add some chopped garlic, stirring and sautéing until the onions become translucent. Then add your organic Newfoundland Blue Mussels, along with a cup of beer, chopped parsley, fresh cream, and a squeeze of lemon juice. Cover with lid to cook and steam for 3-4 minutes.

Cook Time: 3-4 mins.
